• NT-POOL-COAT is the first and only in Europe existing colored  non solvent 2K-epoxy swimming pool paint lining with glass flakes incorporated.

 

• NT-POOL-COAT is scratch-proof, high resistant against sun radiation, chloride, salt, acids, alkali and all normally used pool chemicals, prevents oxidation of the iron bars in the concrete structure.

 

• Good stain and algae resistance.

 

• NT-POOL-COAT can be applied on concrete, tiles, mosaic, plaster and also on old paint as well as in glass fiber pools. It fills and bridges hairline cracks

 

• NT-POOL-COAT is solvent free, contains glass flakes, environment friendly.

 

• Microscopic fine glass flakes from recycled glass, up to 130 layers in a 1 mm coat thickness, reinforcing the coat against UV-radiation and scratches. Coating to be done in two layers, total final thickness about 0,8 mm.

 

• Standard color:  transparent and blue RAL 5012, other colors available on request

 

• NT-POOL-COAT lasts up to 5-8 years before first maintenance.

 

• Specially for customers having a pool with mosaic and with motifs and ornaments we have now since a few months a new transparent 2K-Epoxy-resin. After many years of research it was possible to develop a new special UV-resistant hardener/activator for transparent Epoxy-resin. On top of this we apply at the upper border from the waterline to the top of the pool over the Epoxy-Coat an other coat of UV-resistant PUR.

 

• Easy to apply, the surface must by dry, clean and free from loose particles, cracks  must be filled , missing tiles replaced and crumbly joints regrouted.

 

• NT-POOL-COAT lasts up to 5-8 years before first maintenance.

 

• NT-POOL-COAT can be used for swimming pools, fresh water reservoirs, waste water tanks etc.

 

 

• The photo showing the glass flakes is highly enlarged. On 1 mm coat there are about 100 – 130

layers of these glass flakes of a size of about 0,008 to 0,012 mm, which increase the permeability

factor and strength 20 times that of fiberglass reinforced resins.

 

 

• NT-POOL-COAT is much stronger and durable than any other  PU-Coat or Gelcoat and much cheaper than any other product on the European market.
